Job Summary

Requirements:

A Masters or Bachelor's degree in any field with advanced quantitative focus or with high distinction in modelling-oriented discipline including but not limited to: Psychometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Econometrics, Engineering, etc
At least 4+ years of experience in analytical and data driven environments
Strong hands-on knowledge of automation / data mining / predictive modelling. tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, etc
Demonstrated experience in driving results and co-ordinating activities to solve problems across multi-functional/diverse teams; and leading with high energy and a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Fully own the recommendation engine - build new models to predict xe2x80x9cnext productxe2x80x9d nudges, optimize the system and feedback loops that determine next actions to take for a customer, and handle all interactions with stakeholders across the oganisation
Build and automate feature sets to improve model performance
Build decisioning logic running of the back of these models to build an holistic strategy to drive product recommendation that optimizes sales in the context of product performance
Lead the design, development and implementation of automation solutions that meet business objectives
Interpret and analyse data from multiple sources, providing key analytics
