Join us as a Data and Reporting Analyst and play a key role in shaping the success of our global customer service operation. In this role, you will use your analytical skills to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help our organisation make informed business decisions. As a skilled professional in data analysis, you will utilise your skills in data visualization and data reporting tools to extract and present data in an effective and meaningful way to key business stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings by analysing data
- Maintain and improve existing BI systems and processes

Your first 90 days at Sage will be a valuable opportunity to learn about the business, explore the Customer Operations ecosystem, and gain a deep understanding of key business pain points as well as our data analytics and reporting needs. You will work closely with your manager and team to complete the Sage onboarding program, review the existing Customer Operations and data reporting and analytics terrain, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders while earning their trust. Staying focused and self-motivated will be essential to your success.

- You will report directly to the Senior Operations Support Manager who has a successful track record of growth within our business.

- Proven ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Skilled in presenting data findings, collaborating with stakeholders, and explaining complex analyses in a clear manner
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
