Job Description
Maintain Product Databases with specific reference to Data and Pricing. Assist with the preparation of meetings with regards to Sales Figures, Data, Pricing.Build catalogue process and promotions with regards to data and Images. Assist Procurement / Category Managers with general duties.
Pre-requisites: Advanced Excel with formulas,pivot tables and VLookup essential. Min 3 years exp in office admin and data processing.
- Catalogue build
- Prepare Packs for the Procurement Manager and Category Managers
- Prepare Data for the Product Selection Meetings
- Build the Data for the Catalogue.
- Request Data from Suppliers and monitor and track the return of the data
- Import Data and create sheets for Graphics
- Request and Confirm Pricing from Suppliers
- Do Price comparisons on previous and current Catalogues
- Interrogate the Data with regards to Titles, Blurbs, Descriptions, Spelling.

After a promotion, request unit sales from Suppliers
- Capturing of Sales Figures Send Sales Figure request broadcast to Suppliers monthly
- Follow up on outstanding Sales Figures Accurately capture Sales Figures onto our Internal schedule for Finance Report any issues timeously to the Category Manager to follow up Maintain Supplier Lists Regularly check and update the Supplier Lists on file
- Ensure all relevant data such as Key Contact details, addresses, mobile numbers, email addresses etc are maintained
- Update the Members Area as soon as there are any changes
