Responsible for gathering feedback from end-users on the product or service by conducting surveys, SCOE or Regional engagement sessions, or one-on-one interviews to understand how users interact with the platform or service and what improvements could be made. Responsible for analyzing data related to the platform or service adoption, such as usage metrics or user feedback. This can help them identify trends and insights that can inform future adoption strategies and product development. Collaborating with other teams: The adoption agent must collaborate with other teams to ensure that the adoption strategy is aligned with broader company goals and initiatives

We are currently looking for a Data Migration and Service Onboarding Technical BA to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

You will perform the following activities, in the role of Data Migration and Service Onboarding Technical BA (as assigned from time to time):

You will lead data migrations as a single point of contact to ensure end-user and clients successfully integrate and utilize our platforms/services.

A key part of the role will be to develop adoption strategies to promote the adoption of the product or service among the target audience. e.g. identifying key stakeholders and developing messaging and materials that highlight the product or service's benefits. Educating end-users on how to use the platform or service effectively, i.e. creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users as they become more familiar with the platform or service.

Responsible for DSP/CSM master data management, which includes data categorization and data classification for good data governance.

Responsible for DSP/CSM data lifecycle management, from data creation to archiving/deletion, ensuring data integrity for good data quality standards. Identify and action (or coordinate) resolution of data integrity issues.

Responsible for DSP/CSM data documentation, including the creation and maintenance of dataset documentation.

Collaborating with other teams: The adoption agent must collaborate with other teams to ensure that the adoption strategy is aligned with broader company goals and initiatives.

You will participate in projects (as assigned), and take responsibility and accountability for the following deliverables, in particular, but not limited to and dependent on the scope of the project:

Provide an end-user perspective into the way the functionality should be delivered

Identify and document technical gap analysis

Translate the Functional requirements into documented Technical Requirements

Provide input into the Business & Functional Requirements

Work with the business and relevant delivery teams providing input to the definition of processes, procedures and work instructions, and if required, prepare the necessary documentation

Document user guides and templates for service/architecture support

Document test cases and participate in system and user testing
to Specify, deliver, install, and configure the existing/proposed DSP architecture as proposed by solution architects

Develop and test product rules using knowledge of the product and DSP domain skills

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and data loading

Adhere to and follow the DSP ServiceNow Platform Development & Support processes.

Provide support to team members and end-users on the functionality of systems used within NTT which are covered by the mandate of Global Information Services

Participate and actively be involved in the DSP ServiceNow Platform Development and Support processes, in particular, but not limited to:

Change Management - supporting end users in developing business requirements, validating enhancement requests, documenting Functional Specifications including test cases and logging Change Requests

Release Management xe2x80x93 supporting the development and deployment cycle by performing Functional Testing including creating and/or editing System documentation and the Deployment process including User Acceptance Testing, Implementation and Post Production support

Support xe2x80x93 validating bug fixes are documented correctly and are included and managed through the Release Management cycle (including Patch Process)

Training xe2x80x93 preparing and delivering system and functional training to team members and end users

On call xe2x80x93 provide after hours on-call support on a rotational basis (if required)

Actively participate in any assigned tasks and/or projects and meet agreed timeframes

Work as part of the team to meet the success criteria set for operational support and/or projects

Communicate and escalate if any issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance, if required, to ensure deliverables are met

Communicate regularly and proactively with your manager, team members and communities within NTT

Support and work towards NTT meeting itxe2x80x99s strategies (as defined from time to time)

Undertake, as requested by your manager, general tasks which are required to meet the objectives of the Digital Services Platform (DSP) and NTT

Key abilities required:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator minimum requirement

A degree or diploma in Information Systems would be preferred

Experience working in agile development environments

Understanding ITIL principles

Understanding of systems in general

Analytical skills with attention to detail

Practical experience in Agile development

JIRA / Confluence experience

Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
