One of the leaders in offering retail tailored solutions to clients, is on the lookout for an experience IT Data Manager to join their team. Hybrid model. Report to CEO.Working Mondays to Saturdays.Qualifications:MatricBachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertification in data management, business intelligence, or similar fields (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)Strong proficiency in SQL and other data management toolsKnowledge of data warehousing and ETL processesFamiliarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus3+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail, sales, or merchandising industryExpertise in data governance, reporting, and analytics, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and support business objectivesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentGreat track record as reference checks will be conducted upfrontKey skills:Results drivenInnovativeProblem solvingCollaboratorTeam playerAttention to detailMulti-taskingOrganisedCommunicationReport writingKey performance areas:Oversees the management and optimization of data within our sales and merchandising operationsAnalyse and present complex data to relevant stakeholders during decision making processData managementData integrationData governance and complianceDriving continuous improvementOffer training to internal stakeholders
