is seeking a skilled Data Lead to own and manage the organisation's data infrastructure, cloud environments, and IT services. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and reliable data platforms that meet both operational and analytical needs. Working closely with the Analytics and Technology teams, the Data Lead will ensure that PPO Serve's data ecosystem is robust, efficient, and future ready, enabling the organisation to deliver on its mission of transforming healthcare through actionable insights and reliable technology.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
Design, implement, and govern data architecture across the business.
Oversee cloud platforms, ensuring optimisation for cost, performance, and security.
Manage data pipelines, integrations, and storage solutions.
Ensure IT services provide responsive and reliable support to business users.
Collaborate with the Analytics Lead to ensure data availability and usability.
Define and enforce data management policies and standards.
Manage and coach Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Developer, and IT Services staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Experience
8+ years in data engineering or infrastructure roles.
Proven experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Track record of designing and maintaining enterprise data systems.
Skills and Attributes
Deep technical knowledge in cloud and data architecture.
