We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline key administrative and operational processes.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate signoff tracking, timely reporting, database integrity, and efficient billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Signoff Capturing & Tracking
Maintain accurate records of approvals and signoffs across operational workflows
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and documentation of signoff processes
Implement and refine tracking systems to improve visibility and accountability
Reporting
Generate regular operational reports for internal review and external stakeholders
Analyze data trends and flag inconsistencies or areas for improvement
Support ad hoc reporting needs with precision and clarity
Database Maintenance
Ensure operational databases are up-to-date, accurate, and securely maintained
Conduct routine audits to validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with IT or data teams to optimize database functionality
Billing & Reconciliation
Prepare and process billing documentation in line with contractual and financial guidelines
Coordinate with finance teams to resolve billing queries and ensure compliance
