Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you bring a completed Grade 12 qualification, supported by exposure to good clinical or laboratory practices such as GCP, GLP, or GCLP. A Medical Technician or Medical Technologist background is also beneficial, as it enhances your understanding of laboratory environments and supports our vision of building future capabilities. These foundations allow you to step confidently into a role where precision and responsibility truly matter. You bring three or more years of experience within a clinical trial or pathology laboratory environment, ideally supported by knowledge of medical technology. This experience equips you with the confidence to manage complex data and navigate laboratory processes with ease. By drawing on this background, you help us strengthen our approach to Talent Management and Succession Planning, ensuring that the right expertise is in place to deliver on our broader organisational strategy.

You work comfortably with diverse colleagues and clients, using strong interpersonal skills to build relationships that support true Employee Engagement. Your understanding of good laboratory practice, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards helps you maintain high-quality outputs, while your analytical mindset allows you to examine data sets, identify trends, and recognise discrepancies. These skills reflect our belief in Leadership Empowerment and Accountability, as your judgement and insight directly influence the consistency and reliability of our work.
