We are a well-established

blinds manufacturing company

seeking a detail-oriented and organised

Data Capturer / Job Sheet Operator

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities



Capture, update and print customer order information accurately in company systems Provide administrative support to the sales team when required Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all company and customer information Review all urgent orders and monitor progress throughout the day Address and resolve order-related queries Ensure all folders are clearly labelled, organized, and left neatly on desks at the end of each day

Requirements



Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good computer literacy and experience working with data capture systems Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Prior experience in a manufacturing or order-processing environment will be advantageous
