Job Description
Currently we are searching for a Data Capturer for Durban, South Africa. Responsibilities of this Post: * Accurately capture and enter data from various sources into the company's databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and precision.
- Assist in identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the captured data, following data quality standards.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by cross-referencing with source documents and performing basic data validation checks.
- Support data cleaning efforts to maintain a clean and organized database.
- Handle data with confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data capture tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain clear and organized records of data capturing activities and progress.
- Prior experience in data entry or data capturing.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Accpack, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions.
