The Role
? Design, implement, and refine predictive and analytical models for complex business problems.
? Translate ambiguous business questions into structured data problems and actionable solutions.
? Explore large datasets to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and opportunities.
? Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for production-ready analytics.
? Conduct an in-depth evaluation of model behaviour, identifying weaknesses and proposing solutions.
? Assess new tools, frameworks, and methods for potential application in real projects.
? Present findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
? 7+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
? Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
? Experience with statistical analysis, regression, or predictive modelling.
? Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into actionable insights.
? Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product or business decisions.
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle ambiguous analytical challenges.
? Clear communication skills to present complex insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
