:We're looking for a Data Analyst Sales & Strategy, who can also bring leadership skills to the table, to join a dynamic and growing team in the automotive repair and service sector. In this role, you'll work closely with senior management to analyse sales performance, identify key growth opportunities, and contribute to data-driven strategies that increase profitability across multiple branches. This opportunity is full-time in-office offering flexible working hours.Key Responsibilities:Analyse sales data, margins, and service performance across various locationsIdentify the most profitable services, vehicle types, and repairs xe2x80x94 and recommend where to scale backCompare performance across branches and extract insights from top-performing sitesCollaborate with sales and warehouse teams to streamline inventory and pricing strategiesDevelop actionable plans to grow sales and enhance the customer offeringLead data-driven marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectivenessAdvise on service bundling, pricing promotions, and potential revenue streamsStay updated on market trends and customer behaviour to inform business decisionsPartner with operations, warehouse, and front-line teams to align on goals and performance metricsRequirements

• A BCom degree or similar qualification

• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools

• Experience in sales analysis, product / category management, or a comparable field

• Previous experience in the automotive, retail, or service-based industry would be advantageous

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data

• A strategic and commercially minded approach with a clear understanding of profitability

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
