The

Data Analyst

will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role will also require effective liaison with all stakeholders, to improve operations and executive decision-making consistently and continuously.




A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field at an accredited institution is advantageous. 3-5 years' experience in business process mapping and data modelling and analytics. Programming in Microsoft SQL, Power BI and DAX. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple internal systems Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management and operational teams Translate business requirements into analytical outputs and insights Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across business processes Support financial, operational, and customer-related analysis Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are maintained Collaborate with business users to improve data literacy and reporting usage Assist with ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required
