Development of AI driven solution for monitoring, dashboarding and alerting for AWS & Azure Health Status for various infrastructure types.



Actively taking part in all regular Scrum ceremonies.



Contribute to refinement of user stories.



Liaise with stakeholders and team members.



Pro-active knowledge sharing within own and other teams.



Actively making proposals and/or developing prototypes.



Provide support for existing solutions (DevOps).



Develop and maintain reporting solutions for the global Cloud Community.



Creating valuable insights in existing cloud infrastructure data.



Setting up new Reporting solutions & migrate existing solutions towards new platforms.



Designing data flows between different existing and new solutions.



Manage problems, changes, and incidents.



Continuously improve reporting processes and solutions and leverage new technologies to enhance data visibility and enable data driven IT network operations.



Development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support software applications.



Provide 7x24 standby support for Cloud related incidents (currently one week per month, rotation between team members).

Qualifications/Experience:

BSc Computer Science or equivalent qualification.



>5 years' experience in BI, Data Visualization & database systems.



Relevant IT Qualifications and knowledge.

Essential Skills Requirements:

Extensive know-how in data analysis & data visualization & report creation.



Hands-on experience with data visualization tools - preferably AWS QuickSight.



Solid understanding of relational database concepts.



Experience with ETL workflows & data transformation.



Experience in UX design for reporting solutions.



At least 3 years' worth of experience in AWS or Azure Cloud environments.



Experience in task automation & Python development.



Experience in the development of dashboards, health monitors & alerts.



Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.



Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

Experience with Agile Working methods (e.g. Scrum).



Experience working in an enterprise environment.



Experience with restful APIs.



Familiarity with Microservices, Azure Serverless Functions, AWS lambda, Cloud Architectures and Container Architectures e.g., Docker.



Proficiency with Kafka or other streaming platforms or messaging systems e.g., MQTT.



Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.



Experience in designing and optimizing user interfaces and workflows for database systems.



Experience with common data formats, e.g. YAML, JSON.



Understanding of AI technologies and their application.



Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behaviour in a distributed team.



Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.



Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.



Willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. Language barriers for foreign customers might exist.



Ability to work as part of a team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.



Self-Starter & above-board work ethics - this is of utmost importance for this role.



Flexibility to take up different tasks in the team.



Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.



Willing and able to travel, for up to 2 weeks at a time (international).
