Job Description
A In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our dairy operations, including herd management, milk production, staff supervision, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy farming and excellent leadership skills.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the dairy farm.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including hiring and training.
- Ensure proper care of dairy herd and oversee milk production.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize dairy production.
- Monitor dairy farm financial performance and prepare budgets.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to dairy operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
