MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous. Minimum of 3 years dairy herd management. Previous pasture management experience essential. Proven ability to AI essential. Computer literacy essential. Maintenance orientated advantageous. Strong administrative skills. Great stockmanship. Ability to work with and motivate a team. Valid driver's license.
