What You'll Do As a key member of our support team, you will:
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that promotes loyalty and retention.
- Ensure all interactions meet SLA guidelines and reflect our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Track, report, and follow up on customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve service delivery through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Education: Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent; IT qualification preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer software support.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
- Experience with Jira Helpdesk or similar tools.
- SQL Reporting Services experience is a plus.
- Work remotely from anywhere in South Africa.
