Intercare Corporate Services situated in Menlyn, Pretoria, seeks to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator (Online Health Services).

The purpose of the position is to provide support to the Practice Manager and leadership, to Customer Support Representatives, and to ensure an exceptional customer experience within the Online Health Services.

CRITICAL OUTPUTS

  • Monitor and evaluate day-to-day customer interactions with the Customer Support Team to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to established protocols.
  • Receive escalated patient enquiries/concerns and ensure timeous, satisfactory resolution.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of patient billing and revenue-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Manage time-off requests, attendance, and other workforce-related matters.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Support Team to ensure that they are operating effectively.
  • Facilitate training and continuous development for new and existing team members.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum: Grade 12
  • A degree or diploma will be advantageous.
  • Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a supervisory role advantageous.
  • 2-3 Years' experience within office administration environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced digital and computer proficiency. Experience with digital customer engagement platforms
  • Knowledge of accounts and payments processes.
  • Highly organised and able to tackle multiple tasks.
  • Customer service orientation and team player.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
