We are looking for a:

Customer Success Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where their problem-solving skills and communication prowess shine.

Responsibilities for this role are:

Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from customers and ensure that issues are resolved timeously and efficiently. Direct calls and emails, including requests and unresolved issues, to the relevant department or resource when needs be. Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets. Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience. Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience. Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day!

Requirements

The ideal person for this role has:

Experience and Education

A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position
Skills and Traits

Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people's person Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Excellent telephone etiquette Computer literate/tech savvy Organised with a can-do attitude Strong work ethic and target driven
