Customer Success Manager

(Permanent position)

Oxford University Press is in search of a Customer Success Manager's whose primary responsibility is to collaborate with customers and ensure they maximize the benefits of using Oxfordxe2x80x99s products and services, as part of the Education Division. This involves engaging with customers (schools) after they have committed to using our curriculum, qualifications, and resources, providing expert consultation to ensure a smooth experience. The successful candidate will be primarily supporting international schools across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The Customer Success Manager will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success. This post is based in Goodwood, Cape Town.

Principal Accountabilities: * Making impact through customer health by coordinating of various cross-functional teams to ensure customers receive excellent and consistent post-sale experience.

  • Driving customer value and revenues by partnering with customers to identify opportunities to improve customer impact through existing or new services.
  • Data capture and input xe2x80x93 collaborating with customers by using data to improve OUP knowledge and ability to support the customer through support activities and the introduction of impactful products and services.
  • Collaborate and drive support activity through deep understanding of the customerxe2x80x99s needs.
  • Product and market knowledge by establishing deep understanding of OUPxe2x80x99s products and services.
  • Reporting xe2x80x93 reporting back on trends, opportunities and product feedback.
  • Representing OUP across the International landscape, furthering OUPxe2x80x99s global mission, and operating OUP International School business with the highest standards of professional and ethical business practices, in line with OUPxe2x80x99s values and code of conduct.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • A proven track record in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Action and delivery-oriented
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills
  • Proven networking skills and ability to interface with numerous senior level stakeholders
  • Good organisational and planning skills
