Job Description
Objective: Ensure customer satisfaction and optimize advertising operations to drive retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer onboarding and support processes.
Monitor and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to address customer needs.
Analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in customer success and advertising operations.
Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
