Role Purpose

Customer Software Support Consultant

and play a vital role in helping hospitality businesses succeed. You'll provide expert support, deliver training, and configure point-of-sale systems to meet client needs.


This is a dynamic role for a

customer-focused professional

with strong technical and hospitality experience who thrives in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities



Support:

Understand client requirements and use POS features to help manage their business.

Training:

Deliver online, classroom, and onsite training sessions.

POS Setup:

Create menu layouts according to client specifications.

Operational Duties:

Complete general tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements



Basic understanding of stock movement in the hospitality sector. Experience in a management or senior position in sit-down or QSR restaurants. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and computer literacy. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Punctual, reliable, and presentable with strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle for business use. Fluent in English with good telephone etiquette. Basic accounting knowledge. Home office setup with stable internet for hybrid work. Knowledge of Salesforce (advantageous).
