Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Consultant or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage and resolve customer issues
Strong problem-solving skills
Passed Matric.
Dealing with customer's in a daily basis.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
Must be from the age of 18-30.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
