Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to queries via phone and email. You'll tackle complex issues and build lasting relationships through effective follow-up.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and following up effectively.
  • Administration: Process client requests and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • You'll maintain accurate client records and manage service tickets to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Quality and Service: Proactively identify opportunities to improve the service and support junior team members with your knowledge and expertise. You'll be instrumental in maintaining their reputation for excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service, administration, or client support role. Experience with export or logistics administration is a bonus
  • Experience with the smooth running of customer service operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional client-focused attitude
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
  • You must be an intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Tech savvy
  • Proactive
  • Team player?
  • Matric is essential; a relevant Diploma or Certificate is advantageous
