What you will do:


Develop scientific content, implement and manage product and health training, and provide technical expertise for the Customer Service, Sales and Marketing departments, in support of brand.

Lead the Customer Experience team, ensuring all queries and complaints are resolved professionally and efficiently.

Oversee product quality assessments and escalate issues to maintain high standards.

Develop and maintain SOPs, training programs, and brand guidance for internal teams and clients.

Support innovation with technical input on product claims, labelling, and regulatory requirements.

Create engaging content and expert communications for the Vital Club, driving community growth and retention.

Represent the brand at key events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements.

Manage continuous product quality assessments and escalate product quality issues as required.


What are we looking for:


BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.

5 years' experience in customer care, scientific content development preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry.

Registration with the HPCSA as a Dietitian will be advantageous.

Understanding of ethics and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
