CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT Location: Kempton Park
Type: Ongoing Contract
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (3 yrs exp)
Report to: Operations
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gr 12 qualification required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Courier and Warehousing Industry (domestic & international)
  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
