About the Role:
Quantanite is partnering with Technologies to deliver exceptional customer support for new Trade-In Program. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers trading in their devices -- ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about trade-in values, shipping, and gift card status via email and ticketing channels.

• Guide customers through trade-in submissions, product identification, and shipping instructions.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including valuation discrepancies or missing items.

• Maintain clear, accurate case notes within CRM or designated ticketing system.

• Coordinate with company internal teams and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly.

• Follow defined processes and help improve support documentation and FAQs over time.

• Handle all customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and care for data privacy.

About You:

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience, ideally for an international brand.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Genuine interest in technology and consumer electronics -- you enjoy learning about devices and helping others understand them too.

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, processes

• Proven ability to handle high-volume inquiries accurately and efficiently.

• Previous experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.

• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
