Full time l Monday to Friday l 9 AM to 5 PM EST (40 hours per week)
Rate $4 - $5 per hour
Here's a brief job description:
Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat
Log and manage cases in Freshdesk CRM or Monday. com
Work with internal teams to solve issues quickly
Deliver top-quality customer experiences every day
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience (12 years preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with Freshdesk CRM and/or Monday. com
