A world leader in drainage technology based in Wadeville is growing in South Africa. They are looking for a customer service agent with 3 - 4 years experience to join their team. The role will be responsible for customer support including invoicing, updating the clients on production processes, resolving any issues with delivery, handling customer queries and following up on payments. The ideal person will be from a production environment and be solutions-driven, vibrant and communicate well in stressful situations.
