Handles incoming customer related telephonic calls and emails first level communication in a timely and professional manner.
Solves and / or redirects customer queries and complaints where possible or ensures queries and complaints are redirected to the correct person / department.

Records customer orders on the ERP system and provides customers with system generated reference number.
Acts as a liaison between customer and Logistics to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Ensures customer communication regarding non-deliveries, short-deliveries, delivery delays,vehicle breakdowns and ETA of deliveries.
Crisis management of severe stock shortages.
Ensure that open sales orders and empty asset returns are investigated and cleared.
Generating of existing customer quotations as required.
Processing of new allocations as requested by customers and Sales Department and ensuring follow-up until delivery to customer.
Monitor full returned cylinders and advise customers of the Full Returns Penalty Policy. Invoicing of the penalty fees on a monthly basis.
Creating of orders and border documents for deliveries/ collections for Air Liquide Botswana.
Ensure manual books are kept in a secure place and that all manuals are recorded, processed and accounted for as required (Front-line CSR only).
Assist call-in customers at Reception and creates required delivery notes for industrial gasses, LPG, hardgoods and specgas equipment as required.
Perform any other reasonable task that may be required or requested in order to achieve the objectives and purpose of the position.
