Key tasks:
Participate in outdoor promotion campaigns, support affiliate marketing strategies to spread the Maxim brand awareness and reach new potential users and partners.
Process incoming requests and feedback from clients and drivers of the Maxim service in Bloemfontein through customer chat efficiently and on time, handle outgoing calls, provide support to service drivers and answer questions related to the operation of the Maxim app and service in general.
Provide support to riders on work issues, app registration process, car branding, top-up balance of online wallet, provide mini-orientation on how to work with our software.
Track the service rules violations.

Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.

Requirements:
Strong command of the English language.
Experience in B2C Sales or Customer Service: min. 1 year.
Background in Offline Marketing will be an advantage.
A pro-active personality, mobile with highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
Computer literate and tech-savvy.
