The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in our client's global operations. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring all customer needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including taking 30+ phone calls daily, and manage proactive communication via email with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Order Management: Process and manage all aspects of customer orders, including purchase orders, price quotations, and order statuses, using multiple systems (ERP, web-based ticketing systems, and customer portals).
Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Data Management: Perform heavy data entry with a high degree of accuracy, including updating and correcting information across various systems.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify, report, and help resolve inefficiencies in current processes to continuously improve customer satisfaction and operational workflow.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Exceptional English fluency is non-negotiable. Candidates without strong verbal and written proficiency will not be considered.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or international environment.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, especially in data entry and order processing.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and manage complex spreadsheets.
A strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
A stable, high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
A college degree is preferred.
Familiarity with AS400-based ERP systems or similar enterprise resource planning tools is a strong plus.
Experience with EDI systems.
