• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven leadership experience with team development and performance management
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of Order Management, service level agreements (SLAs) and customer service metrics
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
