Customer Service Manager Sales

Our client, a leading global hygiene & health company, is excited to add a Customer Service Manager to their growing team who will be responsible to assure efficient & accurate execution of Customer Service processes so that the company's sales processes are effectively supported, & to enhance processes & service through process improvements & digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Commerce
  • 6 years' experience in customer service operations, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • 3 years' management experience in Customer Service
  • Experience with SAP R3
Key Performance Areas:
  • Manage order-to-billing process for all products' categories
  • Plan, prioritize, & schedule the teams' activities
  • Monitor status of activities to identify problematic areas & adapt measures to improve performance of the team
  • Develop & monitor customer service indicators
  • Manage complaint handling process & ensure timely response
  • Develop, maintain, & monitor application of operating systems
  • Ensure all reporting is regularly provided
  • Interact with teams to secure service levels at the lowest distribution cost
  • Manage, involve, & coordinate all customer service related projects
  • Enhance processes & operations through digital transformation
  • Research & implement new ways to improve the customer experience
  • Develop & build strong relationships with key customers
  • Accountable for performance management processes & responsible for consequence management within the department
