Job Description

What Youll Do
a? Manage incoming customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
a? Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, and product questions
a? Message customers about delivery cut-offs, delays, or order updates
a? Support our retail stockists with queries or small requests
a? Keep customer info up to date and help with order tracking
a? Support with coordinating marketing activations as required
a? Assist the team with other customer-facing admin tasks as needed

a? Comfortable using Google Sheets and quick to learn new systems

Requirements
a? Undergraduate degree
a? Drivers license and vehicle - might need to support with ad hoc support
