Job Description

Job Summary What You'll Do
? Manage incoming customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
? Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, and product questions
? Message customers about delivery cut-offs, delays, or order updates
? Support our retail stockists with queries or small requests
? Keep customer info up to date and help with order tracking
? Support with coordinating marketing activations as required
? Assist the team with other customer-facing admin tasks as needed

? Fast and efficient, with great attention to detail
? A multi-tasking pro who can stay calm when things get busy
? Comfortable using Google Sheets and quick to learn new systems

Requirements
? Undergraduate degree
? Drivers license and vehicle - might need to support with ad hoc support
