Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service roles
Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of order processing on digital systems
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Confident telephonic manner, with the ability to handle challenging customers professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms and CRM/order management systems
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Consulting with clients to understand their needs, prepare/update quotations, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Supporting the sales consulting process to drive sales growth and customer retention.
Uploading and processing sales orders accurately, requiring solid proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.
