Customer Service Consultant position available with a large Export company in the S/Subs
Customer Service Consultant - Exports
Department: Sales and Marketing
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 years of exp)
Location: CPT - Southern Suburbs, Western Cape
Salary: R25,000 CTC Negotiable
: The Customer Service Consultant - will report to the Manager and be responsible for various duties, including:
- Capturing sales orders
- Handling customer feedback
- Providing weekly updates
- Tracking shipments and Liaise with Freight forwarders
- Incoterms knowledge and Customs declarations
Experience in export processes and proficiency in SAD500, requesting shipping estimates, booking shipments with freight forwarders, and understanding Incoterms are required.
