Driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license and own reliable transport
Good verbal and written skills
Computer literate.

Responsibilities:
Provide professional and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
Advise and educate customers on company procedures, different billing modes and the administration, methods and processes it involves.
Create, assign, escalate, follow up and resolve tickets for internal and external customer queries through company ticketing system, telephone, and email within the SLA.
Build positive relationships with the client.
Accurate updates and uphold of client profiles.
Perform administrative duties with regards to follow ups, corrections, and reporting.
Assist in sending bulk emails and SMSs to customers.
