Requirements:

  • At least 2 yearxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s experience in a similar role.
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Driverxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s license and own reliable transport
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Computer literate.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Advise and educate customers on company procedures, different billing modes and the administration, methods and processes it involves.
  • Create, assign, escalate, follow up and resolve tickets for internal and external customer queries through company ticketing system, telephone, and email within the SLA.
  • Build positive relationships with the client.
  • Accurate updates and uphold of client profiles.
  • Perform administrative duties with regards to follow ups, corrections, and reporting.
  • Assist in sending bulk emails and SMSs to customers.
