Job Summary Requirements:
- Minimum grade 12.
- 1-2 yearxe2x80x99s administration and customer service experience in similar work environment.
- Computer literate xe2x80x93 Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, SAP.
- Able to work overtime.
- Meticulous and accurate data capturing.
- Maintaining efficient turnaround.
- Excellence in customer service.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Good communication, planning and administration.
- Booking in repairs and providing the customer with a timeous quotation.
- Processing of all relevant SAP transactions.
- Ensuring an efficient paper trail exists.
- Liaison and co-ordination between client and repair bay daily.
- Order spares stock required for repair bay via storeman and advise on shortages.
- Control the workflow efficiently, prioritise and communicate repairs for the technicians.
- Contact client regarding quote on repairs, request go-ahead, and process quote denied.
- Keep track of clientxe2x80x99s repairs by the use of excel on MS Teams.
- Responsible to keep turnaround time on all repairs to within company targets.
- Communicate all delays for client repairs timeously with new deadlines stated.
- Contact clients once repairs are complete.
- Have a basic ability to test pc boards using jigs provided.
- Give basic technical support to clients.
- Manage the scrapping process when motors have not been collected.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties when required.
