The Corporate Desk Agent is responsible for managing and servicing corporate rental clients, ensuring seamless booking, coordination, and after-service support. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering professional service, and ensuring that all corporate rental agreements are processed efficiently and in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle corporate rental reservations (telephonic, email, and system-based bookings).
Liaise with corporate clients to understand requirements, confirm availability, and provide tailored solutions.
Manage vehicle allocations, extensions, and returns for corporate customers.
Ensure compliance with rental agreements, insurance, and credit terms.
Prepare rental documentation, quotations, and reports for corporate accounts.
Resolve client queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with operations, fleet, and accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts to promote repeat business.
Monitor client satisfaction and recommend service improvements.
Assist with administrative tasks, billing, and month-end reconciliations where required.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
Education: Matric / Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality, or Logistics advantageous).
Experience:
2+ years experience in car rental, travel, hospitality, or customer service.
Previous experience handling corporate clients or account management preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
