Job Summary Key Duties and Responsibilities Billing Validation & Analysis Validate customer energy invoices using our internal validation system, and excel reports. Use strong numerical skills to interpret billing data, identify errors, and highlight discrepancies. Use Excel, including basic formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, filtering, sorting), to support analysis and reporting. Document all findings clearly and accurately. Customer Liaison & Support Communicate professionally with UK-based customers to explain findings and progress updates, both via email (Outlook) and over the phone. Manage customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses. Provide exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term loyalty. Support customers in recovering overpayments and ensuring bills are corrected. Supplier Liaison Contact UK energy suppliers to query and correct billing issues. Request evidence, challenge incorrect charges, and follow up until resolution. Maintain positive supplier relationships to support efficient case handling. Data Management & CRM Maintenance Update Salesforce with detailed notes, case statuses, and interactions. Ensure all customer and supplier communications are accurately recorded. Follow internal processes to keep cases moving smoothly through the workflow. Customer Care & Quality Service Deliver world-class customer service in all interactions. Resolve billing queries promptly.
