Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to
customers, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping
experience within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
? Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
? Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
? Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
? Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues promptly
? Stay informed about new products and services
? Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
? Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
? Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
? Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
