About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our customers by providing excellent service related to domestic cleaning equipment and solutions. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, order processing, and warranty support, ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email,
regarding products, orders, repairs, escalations and warranties.
? Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for domestic cleaning
equipment and accessories.
? Process orders, returns, escalations, and warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
? Coordinate with service technicians and logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to product teams.
? Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of
customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
? Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a technical or product-focused
environment.
? Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
? Problem-solving mindset and patience to assist customers effectively.
? Basic knowledge or interest in cleaning equipment and appliances is a plus.
? Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
? Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
