Role Overview:
Provide exceptional customer service by managing and processing customer orders and inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and web portals.Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of product or service issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond proactively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
? Manage and process customer orders, including order entry and follow-up.
? Resolve product or service problems by identifying issues, explaining solutions, and
ensuring resolution.
? Assist customers with online ordering and provide detailed product information.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to support customers
effectively.
? Collaborate with internal teams such as order entry, billing, and manufacturing to fulfill
customer requests.
? Meet or exceed call center goals and service level agreements.
? Participate in training and coaching sessions to improve performance.
? Support special projects and assist in updating pricing and promotional materials as
needed.
? Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or
exchanges.
? Resolve issues related to sizing, customization, availability, and payment.
? Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
? 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center.
? Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems efficiently.
? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service platforms.
? Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
