Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiatic individual to join our team as a customer service agent in the retail industry. As a customer service, you will play a role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a clean and organised sales floor. Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences and make product suggestions Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquires and showcase product features and benefits Demonstrate excellent customer serviceskills to build and maintain long-term relationship with customers Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R3000,00 - R4500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
