Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven customer service experience
  • PODs experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with
  • Freightware is an advantage.
  • Geographical knowledge of South Africa
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette
  • Passion, energy, desire (to get the job done), & runway (ability to grow)
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Ability to prioritize & work under pressure
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Potential to grow, and develop within the organization
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
