Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent work experience
Proven customer service experience
PODs experience
Good problem-solving skills
Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with
Freightware is an advantage.
Geographical knowledge of South Africa
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette
Passion, energy, desire (to get the job done), & runway (ability to grow)
Self-motivated and energetic
Ability to prioritize & work under pressure
Strong Interpersonal skills
Potential to grow, and develop within the organization
Proactive and able to take initiative
