About the Role:
We're seeking experienced, motivated Call Centre Agents to join our clients UK campaign team in Cape Town. You'll handle customer interactions in a professional manner while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced, shifted environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months' call centre experience on a UK campaign
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- South African ID
- Clear criminal record
- Comfortable working shifts
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus
