Requirements
At least 1 year International Customer Service experience (UK or USA)
Contact Centre experience (voice)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
Must be willing to work shifts ( 4pm - 2am & 5pm - 3 am)
Must come from or close to Mount Edgecombe - easy commute areas
On Offer
R5500 Basic + R1000 shift allowance
