Job Summary What we require from the successful candidate: o Liaising with new and existing clients o Able to build relationships with clients o Communicate effectively in verbal and written communication o Very strong administrative skills o Handling client queries, booking appointments and dealing with and resolving queries o Delivering a professional and efficient service o Highly organised o Time Management - Plan, co-ordinate and execute o Organise tasks, priorities and areas of action o Understanding of technical inspection sheets o Maintain records of preventative maintenance and repairs o The receiving, processing, and co-ordinating of client orders o Experience with accounting software i.e. (Quick Books/Pastel/Excel) o Sourcing of relevant parts o Liaising with parts department on outstanding orders for clients o Team player, willing to provide additional support where required o Deadline driven o Positive 'can-do' attitude Skills and Experience required: o Customer service o Computer literate o Any previous experience in a similar role o Fluent English and Afrikaans skills - speaking, writing and reading Contactable references will be a requirement.
